Transfer your license.
Brand new Agents: Go to TREC, log in, and go to “Manage My Sponsorship”. We are all sponsored by Amazing Realty - license number 9005035.
Please don’t enter Jennifer Tucker by name as the sponsorship is managed by the entity Amazing Realty (which Jennifer is the broker of).
If you’d like Jennifer to send an invite, just let her know.

Select your board.
Brand new Agents: You need to choose ONE board. The boards that you may choose from are linked below.
Your Board membership will also include your State (TX Realtors) and your National (NAR) memberships. When you first join a board you will need to select an orientation session.
Watch your email for an NRDS number. You will need this later to set up your Zipforms.
Boards to choose from are Williamson County, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, MetroTex (Dallas / North Texas), Waco, and College Station.
Central Texas Agents: Jennifer is a primary member of the Williamson County Association of Realtors and prefers Central Texas-based folks to join this board.
Transferring agents: Notify your board that you are now sponsored by Amazing Realty. This is important!
If you have active listings, they can remain with your existing broker and be paid out per their independent contractor agreement.
If your existing broker has agreed to transfer your active listings to Amazing Realty, there is a form available in MLS to make this official.
Get MLS access.
Brand new Agents: You will want to purchase an MLS subscription for each marketplace that you operate in. MLS is where you will post and view listings.
You can choose as many MLS memberships as you like as long as your broker is a member, but you are responsible for your MLS dues. If you choose more than one MLS, your SECOND MLS will be an MLS ONLY membership, NOT a primary membership. This is important and will save you money!
MLS to choose from are Williamson County (CTXMLS), Austin (ACTRIS), Dallas (NTREIS), Houston (HAR), San Antonio (SABOR), Bryan/College Station (BCSRMLS), Waco (WAOR), and Tyler (GTAR).
Transferring agents: Notify your MLS that you are transferring- there is a form in your MLS to complete online in most cases.
We are subscribed to the following MLS: Williamson County (CTXMLS), Austin (ACTRIS), Dallas (NTREIS), Houston (HAR), San Antonio (SABOR), Bryan/College Station (BCSRMLS), Waco (WAOR), and Tyler (GTAR).
You are free to join any of these! If there is a MLS you would like access to that we do not currently have, please let us know.
Get SUPRA and e-key access.
To access a property you need to have an e-key. This is an app on your phone that you will need to download and activate. Once you join an MLS you will also pay for an e-key membership along with it. Watch your email for an activation code! This is used to set up your app.
New agents: Watch the video on opening a lockbox and then go schedule a showing (carefully following the instructions in MLS) and open a lockbox yourself BEFORE you schedule with your first client.
This gets everyone! If you have TWO or more MLS memberships then you can ask to have your e-key co-opted or reciprocated. This means you pay just ONE e-key fee and still open all the boxes in all of your MLS memberships from one app.
